     - beef tenderloin with mushrooms in a garlic butter sauce.

 

Salad (choose one):

     - spinach with feta, tomato and basil

     - garden salad with dill-yogurt dressing

     - shrimp vegetable salad (extra $1.50 per guest)

     - tuna and bean salad (extra $1.50 per guest)

     - artichoke salad (extra $1.50 per guest)

 

Sides (choose one or add $1.50 per guest for each additional selection):
